MOUNT TYPES: Inside-mounted blinds require a minimum frame depth of 2.5 inches to be installed securely. If your window frame depth is less than 2.5 inches, please select an outside mount. Outside mounts are often used when there is insufficient frame depth for an inside mounting.

INSIDE MOUNT MEASUREMENT: Step 1: Measure the inside frame width at three locations - the top, middle, and bottom. Record the smallest of the three measurements and use that number as your inside width when ordering. Step 2: Measure the height at three locations - the left, middle, and right side. Record the smallest of the three measurements and use that number as your inside height when ordering.

OUTSIDE MOUNT MEASUREMENT: Step 1: Measure the outside frame width and add 8 inches to get the outside mount width. Step 2: If your window is a French window, measure from 2.4 inches above the top window frame to a point 0.4 inches above the ground. If your window is a windowsill window, measure from 2.4 inches above the top window frame to a point 4 inches below the bottom window frame. An overlap is recommended to ensure appropriate coverage and avoid any light gaps.

Panel Size and Quantity: Each panel is approximately 20 inches wide. There are 2, 4, 6, or 8 panels for each blind, depending on your window size. For example, if your window width is 70 inches, there will be 4 panels; if your window is 100 inches wide, there will be 6 panels.

We can customize the width from 32 to 212 inches and the height from 20 to 132 inches. The maximum width available in the size list is 139 inches. If your required width exceeds 139 inches, you can order the 139-inch width directly and provide your order number, and we will customize the width as requested.
